Senior Legal Appointments in Dependent Territories
1. Sir Vincent Evans requires an up-to-date list of all such appointments (including appointments to any Court of Appeal of an independent Commonwealth country to which appeals lie from the Courts of a dependent territory).
2. I should be grateful if you would have the attached draft list checked very carefully. I should also be grateful for any suggested
additions to the list.
3. Would Mr McM. Webster please confirm that the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and Montserrat share the same Court of Appeal as the Bahamas.
4. Sir Vincent Evans has also asked that this list should be circulated every three months so that it may be kept properly up to date.
