I am naturally aware of the claims that have been made for Hong Kong because it is a British_dependency. The same could be said of Bermuda and the Bahamas, but in neither have we an aid programme simply because they too have sufficient resources of their own to meet their reasonable needs.
I am sorry not to be able to be more helpful, but I have come to the conclusion that this is something that I do not feel I would be justified in taking on.
