His Excellency the Acting Governor, Sir Hugh Norman-Walker, K.C.M.G., O.B.E. will be received at the Main Entrance by the Hon. Sir Cho-Yiu Kwan and Dr. C. W. Chuang, who will present the three Vice-Presidents Mr. James M.H. Wu, Mr. Y.L. Yang, and Mr. C.P. Hung. His Excellency will have his Badge and Ribbon pinned on by Mr. James M.H. Wu.
His Excellency, accompanied by the Hon. Sir Cho-Yiu Kwan and Dr. C. W. Chuang, will proceed up the centre aisle to the Dais. The Dais Party will have already been seated. The Royal Hong Kong Police Band will play "God Save the Queen”.
Opening Speech in Chinese by Dr. C. W., Chuang, the President (with printed copies in Chinese and English for distribution).
Address by His Excellency the Acting Governor.
His Excellency will press a button which will bring on all lights in the Exhibition and declare open the 28th Exhibition of Hong Kong Products.
His Excellency accompanied by the Official Party will tour the Exhibition.
The Official Party will comprise the following:
