HONG KONG: EQUIPMENT FOR TECHNICAL INSTITUTES
Thank you for your letter of 21 May, which we discussed on the telephone.
I would not rule out the possibility of trying to find a way of securing in one form or another an industry contribution when it is known exactly what equipment Hong Kong will need, provided there is no commitment and that failure would not jeopardise the exercise.
