I understand Mr Royle is hoping to arrange some form of hospitality, but presumably you will wish to co- ordinate the entertainment programme with the DTI. the meantime you should know that Mr Wright, Administra- tive Commissioner, Hong Kong Government Office, proposes to invite both delegations to lunch at the Park Lane Hotel on Tuesday 11 January.
6. Mr Sellars was at pains to emphasise that the Hong Kong team was extremely "high powered"and was prepared to štay until some concession had been achieved. (The party is, in fact, booked into the hotel until Thursday 13 January but with an option to extend if need be). He also said that a further mention of MMFS would be "dynamite" and that, if the subject were to be introduced, the Hong Kong delegation would appreciate being forewarned
