very quickly to the Economic Policy Committee, and certainly
not later than 15 November.

a.
which of the Options 1 to 4 should be followed for cotton textiles;
b.
if you choose Option 3 or 4, whether yarn should be excluded;
C.
whether to maintain the duty relief mentioned in paragraph 12;
whether to endorse the line for non-cotton textiles suggested in puragraph 2.
