Having read once again the Notice on the form of briefs, I have had a go at something on Textiles. As all concerned will see, I have left a few bits for those more knowledgeable than I, to insert. I think we can probably shorten the brief a little, but I have concentrated on getting down all the essential points, but if anybody thinks it is too long, they'd better remember the lines of Burns "what's done we partly nay compute, but know not what's resisted".
