I hope all this is of some interest and I shall be particularly grateful for your comments and guidance on Cronk's point about the possibility that our own GPS may be modified to bring it into line with that of the EEC. (I see incidentally from UKDEL OECD telegram No. 15 Saving that Martin Lam told the Trade Committee in Paris last week that our bill was likely to be presented to Parliament after Easter but that much work would remain to be done "though we certainly hoped it would all be completed by end-December". Can you elaborate please?).
