At the meeting the TUC representatives appeared
to be reassured in thate the protections relating to
picketing and conspiracy apply to all persons and not
only to officials and members of registered trades
unions. It is possible that a further approach may be
received from the TUC but meanwhile I recommend that no
reply need be sent to Mr Feather's letter.
