publish such notice in the Gazette and such publica- tion shall be deemed to be good and effective notice to the trade union.".
27. Section 64 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) in subsection (1), by deleting "Full Court" and substitut-
ing the following—
"Supreme Court";
(b) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the follow-
ing-
"(2) An appeal shall be from a decision of the Supreme Court under this Ordinance to the Full Court in accordance with section 29 of the Supreme Court Ordinance.”.
28. Section 66 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
(a) in paragraph (d), by deleting "and";
(b) in paragraph (e), by deleting the full stop and substitut-
ing the following-
"; and"; and
(c) by inserting after paragraph (e) the following new
paragraph-
" the fact that a trade union has withdrawn its application for registration under this Ordin- ance.".
29. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding, after section 68, the following new Schedule--

"FIRST SCHEDULE.
Any offence involving-
(a) fraud;
(b) dishonesty;

(c) extortion;
(d) membership of a triad society.".
30. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended—– (a) by being renumbered as the Second Schedule;
(b) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (0) and
substituting therefor a semicolon;
(c) by inserting after paragraph (o) the following new
paragraph-
"(p) provide for the safe custody of the common
seal of the trade union.".
