In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV
of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1971, I appoint
LI FOOK-WO (
(李福和)
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace, to be provisionally an Unofficial Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong during the absence from the
Colony of Mr ANN Tee-kai(4), Officer of the Most
Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 22nd June 1971.
