ACTING GOVERNOR
In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty
the Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint -
ROBERT MARSHALL HETHERINGTON
upon whom has been conferred the Distinguished Flying Cross,
Justice of the Peace to be an Official Member of the Legislative
Council of Hong Kong from 1st July 1971 until the date upon
which he relinquishes the post of Commissioner of Labour.
