In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III of
the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1970, I appoint -
SZETO WAI
司徒惠
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure,
to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of
Hong Kong during the absence from the Colony of Mr TANG Ping-
yuan (
唐炳源
), Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the
British Empire, Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 19th April 1971.
