H. Saunders, C.B.E., D.S.O., M. C., J. P.

Mr Ross' previous appointment referred to in your Despatch HKK. 1/3 dated 23rd October 1970 expired on 22nd January 1971 following the return to the Colony of Mr S.S. Gordon, C. B. E., J. P.
