HONG KONG ROYAL INSTRUCTIONS 1917 - 1970

GOVERNOR

In exercise of powers conferred by Clause III of the

Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1970, I appoint

GERALD MORDAUNT BROOME SALMON

Justice of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's

pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive

Council of Hong Kong during the absence from the Colony of Mr John

Douglas Clague, Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the

British Empire, upon whom has been conferred the Decoration of the

Military Cross, Queen's Police Medal, Territorial Decoration, Justice

of the Peace.

GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony

on 31st May 1971.
