mind for the purpose but primafacie the
obvious person would be Mr Tsui.
The Acting Governor does not explain why
Mr Tsui is relinquishing his post as
Commissioner for Resettlement at the end of
this month His successor is not taking over
from him until 4 September and he himself will
not take over from Mr Hetherington as
Commissioner of Labour until August/September. Recommendation

Acting Governor's proposals and recommend that
they be accepted.
However, the wide and more
