In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III of
the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1971, I appoint
GERALD CHOA WING-IP

Justice of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's
pleasure, to be temporarily an Official Member of the Executive
Council of Hong Kong from 12th July 1971 during the absence of
Mr George Tippett Rowe, Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 9th July 1971.
