In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III of
the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1971, I appoint -
SZETO WAI (司徒惠)
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure,
to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of
Hong Kong from 21st July 1971 during the absence of Sir Cho-yiu
KWAN (±). Commander of the Most Excellent Order of
the British Empire, Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 21st July 1971.
