GOVERNOR
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III of
the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1971, I appoint -
SZETO WAI (
司徒惠
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure,
to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of
Hong Kong from 13th December 1971 until 31st December 1971.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony
on 10th December 1971.

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased,
by Instrument under the Public Seal, to appoint the Honourable
