You should allow about 20 minutes each for the calls at New Scotland Yard, and half an hour each for the other 2 (travelling time not included). I can start any time after 9.15. It would be a convenience to get the calls over by mid-afternoon as I may want to write up the result for a meeting on the following day, however I must meet the other parties' convenience.
On Tuesday 4 May I should like to see Sir Leslie Monson about 11 am or whenever will be convenient to him.
5. I should be most grateful if you could make these arrangements and then send the programme to me either by Telex or by telephone to my Secretary, Miss Coombs.
