I have been asked by Mr. Fong Yun Wah to send you the enclosed news- paper cuttings. I am also enclosing the note I received from Mr. Fong.
I met Mr. Fong when I was in Hong Kong last month. He is Chairman of the Aberdeen Kaifong Association and not, as far as I am aware, a particularly influential or important individual. has an MBE and is also a JP.
