You told me in your letter of 2 October of the
protests you had had from Hong Kong about the expulsion
from the Colony of certain Europeans.
Anthony Royle is now in Tokyo and I have asked him
to discuss the matter with the authorities in liong Kong!
when he arrives there at the end of this week.
I shall write to you again when I have his report.
