14. NEWSPAPERS
Arrangements are being made with the Central Office of Information for two sets of British newspapers to be sent to Hong Kong, Tokyo and Osaka for the period 17-23 April inclusive.

FINANCE
(a) The cost of the visit, including common- service charges, will be borne on the FCO Vote (Special Missions) except for the entertainment shown at paragraph 9 (a).
(b) The Secretary of State, Mrs. Stewart and certain other members of the party will be guests of the Japanese Government.
(c)
Subsistence rates will be given when further information about hotels and their costs are received.
(a) The Hong Kong Government and the Embassy, Tokyo are being asked to make appropriate sub- sistence payments to individual members of the party on arrival.
ADMINISTRATION
The Hong Kong Government and the Embassy, Tokyo, will be responsible for handling the administrative arrangements for their respective parts of the Visit.
