The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, accompanied by Mrs. Stewart and party, as listed in the attached Appendix, will visit Hong Kong from 17-19 April and Tokyo from 19-23 April.
During the Tokyo visit the Secretary of State, Mrs. Stewart and most of the party will visit Osaka from the afternoon of 21 April to the morning of 23 April, for British National Day, at Expo '70.

BAGGAGE INSURANCE
The insurance of baggage at HM Government's expense is not permissible, but in the case of baggage lost in transit, including while travelling between Hong Kong and Tokyo, or while the owner is drawing subsistence allowance, claims of up to £200 (no one article more than £50) may be submitted for items not already covered
