In addition, it is probable that Unofficial Members will raise the question of the U.K. control of Hong Kong's air traffic rights in connection with the financing of the extension to the Kai Tak runway, and would generally welcome assurance of H.M.G.'s continuing support for the Colony of Hong Kong.
