SECRETARY OF STATE'S VISIT TO HONG KONG
I spoke to you earlier about press arrangements for the Secretary of State's visit to Hong Kong.
2.
I have now had a letter from Mr. Rounthwaite, whe Trade Commissioner (Press Relations) who has been discussing the matter with Nigel Watt and as a result has sent me the attached list of questions:
83
of local importance, and
of international significance,
which may be put to the Secretary of State at his Press Conference.
3.
I should be grateful if your Department could be kind enough to draft answers to these of the questions which you think it proper for the Secretary of State to answer.
