The next SEATO Ministerial Council meeting is to be held in
London in late April 1971. The precise dates have not yet been
fixed. This is likely to be attended by the Prime Minister of
New Zealand and the Foreign Ministers of Australia, the Philippines,
Thailand, the U.S.A. and South Vietnam.
