Further to my letter of 16 October about the Hong Kong Underground Railway project, you may like to see have not already done so - the enclosed report in the South China Morning Post of an article in the Export Times of London.
It is interesting to see that the article makes very similar points about the danger of Japanese economic domination of Hong Kong as I did in my letter to you.
