At the meeting of Executive Council held on 9th December 1969, it was agreed that a paper which the Aviation Advisory Board had recently considered on the subject of Airport Terminal Development should be distributed, for information, to Honourable Members.

That paper is Aviation Advisory Board 2/69 Paper 1, which was considered by the Board on 12th May 1969, and a copy is attached as Annex A. Also attached as Annex B are extracts from Aviation Advisory Board minutes containing references to the Terminal Building made at meetings since that of 12th May 1969.
