Hong Kong Merchant Shipping Laws
Further to our telephone conversation on Friday I am now enclosing a copy of a saving despatch from Hong Kong on the above subject. I should be grateful for your views on their proposal to consolidate their Merchant Shipping Laws, and on their query about the application of those United Kingdom which have not been extended specifically, to Hong Kong.
