The Council considered memorandum XCR(70)144.
The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
that the Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Bill 1970 be introduced into the Legislative Council, subject to the amendment of section 107A(2) (introduced by clause 4 of the bill) by adding the words "after being informed of the decision" after the words "within fourteen days".
