Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended.
to indicate their general purport).
For the purpose of enabling the construction work on the
cross harbour tunnel to proceed it will be necessary to alter the
boundaries of the Hung Hom Fairway on three occasions as the work on
the tunnel proceeds.
The se regulations provide for altering the boundaries of
the Fairway on three occasions and enable the Governor by notice in
the Gazette to, bring into operation the regulations which effect
these alterations as required.
