(c) That the design of all civil-engineering work and structures to be incorporated in
the terminal should be approved by the Director of Public Works.
(d) That all borrow areas for the supply of filling material should be excavated in accordance with the development plan and formed to the lines and levels shown thereon. When no further material is required from the area it should be left in a safe condition and the exposed areas turfed where required.
(e) That the sea approaches to the Terminal should be dredged in accordance with the
approved plans.
(f) That all temporary structures such as piers and loading ramps used in constructing the Terminal should on completion of work be demolished unless required by Government.
