"(1) Where the Governor in
Council is satisfied that a
deportation order may be made
under the Immigration and
Deportation Ordinance in res-
pect of any person, he may,
in lieu of making the deport-
ation order, make a police
supervision order against
that person.
(2) When the Governor in
Council rescinds a de porta-
tion order in force under the
Immigration and Deportation
Ordinance in respect of any
