he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on

conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars and to

imprisonment for three years.

(2) Where a person has committed an offence under

subsection (1), any other person who, knowing or believing

him to have committee that offence, does without lawful

authority or reasonable excuse any act with intent to

impede his apprehension or prosecution shall be guilty of

an offence.

Miscellaneous offences.

38. (1) Any person who without reasonable excuse

contravenes

(a) subsection (4) of section 6, subsection (1) or

(3) of section 11, subsection (4) of section 12,

subsection (1) of section 13, subsection (1) of

section 14, subsection (1) of section 15, sub-

section (1), (2) or (3) of section 16 or sub-

section (1) or (2) of section 28;

(b) any requirement made under subsection (3), (5) or

(6) of section 6, subsection (6) of section 7 or

subsection (2) of section 11;

(c) any directions given under subsection (7) of

section 6, subsection (1) of section 20 or

subsection (2) of section 21; or

(d) any condition imposed under subsection (1) of

section 10,

shall be guilty of an offence.
