(a) alters without lawful authority or forges any
travel document or any entry permit, re-entry
permit, frontier pass or other document issued,
kept or made under or for the purposes of Part
II, III or IV of this Ordinance;
(b)
uses for the purposes of Part II, III or IV of
this Ordinance any forged, false or unlawfully
altered travel document, entry permit, re-entry
permit, frontier pass or other document;
(c) has in his possession any forged, false or
unlawfully altered travel document or any forged,
false or unlawfully altered entry permit, re-entry
permit, frontier pass or other document intended
for use for the purposes of Part II, III or IV
of this Ordinance,
shall be guilty of an offence.
(3) In this section, "false
material particular.

37. (1) If any person in respect of whom a deporta-
tion order is in force
(a) is in Hong Kong in contravention of the order;
or
(b) having been placed on board a ship or aircraft
under subsection (4) of section 21, lands from
that ship or aircraft before it leaves Hong Kong,
