if so required by an immigration officer ·

(i) furnish such lists to him immediately prior to

the departure of the ship from Hong Kong;

(ii) produce the ship's papers.

(2) The commander of an aircraft shall on the arrival of

the aircraft in Hong Kong and immediately prior to its departure

there from furnish to an immigration officer a list of the names

and nationalities of the crew and a list containing the pres-

cribed particulars of the passengers.

(3) A copy of the lists furnished to an immigration officer

pursuant to subsection (1) or (2) shall be furnished to the

Director by or on behalf of the master of the ship or the com-

mander of the aircraft within forty-eight hours after the

arrival or departure of the ship of aircraft.

(4) A passenger on board a ship or aircraft arriving in or

departing from Hong Kong shall furnish to the master of the ship

or the commander of the aircraft any information required by him

for the purpose of furnishing the list of passengers under this

section.

Certain arriving aliens to furnish photographs to Director.

PART IV.

Supply of particulars by aliens and persons staying

in hotels or other lodging places.

13. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), an alien

over the age of fifteen years who lands in Hong Kong on any

occasion shall furnish the Director with the prescribed photo-

graphs of himself.
