Ordinance as they apply to a person who is refused permission
to land under this Ordinance.
Section 15(1)(b).
9. Section 15 shall have effect as if subsection (1)(b)
included a reference to a condition imposed under section 15 of
the Inmigration (Control and Offences) Ordinance and in force
immediately before the commencement date, being a condition
making the sane requireuent as the landing condition referred
to in the said subsection (1)(b); and the provisions of the
Ordinance shall apply accordingly.

Section 16 shall have effect as if subsection (2)
included a reference to a person who has contravened subsection
(1)(a)(ii) or (b) of section 3 of the Immigration (Control and
Offences) Ordinance or any condition imposed under section 15
of the said Ordinance and in force immediately before the
correncerent date (whether such condition was inposed at the
time of entry or subsequent there to), but in whose case an
order has not been made under subsection (4) of section 43 of
the said Ordinance; and the provisions of this Ordinance shali
apply accordingly.

Any order made in respect of a person under subsection
(4) of section 43 of the Immigration (Control and Offences)

Any deportation order made in respect of a person
under the Deportation (British Subjects) Ordinance or the
Deportation of Aliens Ordinance and in force immediately
before the commencerent date shall continue in force and have
