Renoval
pursuant to
removal
order or deportation
order.
19.
(1) A person in respect of whom a renoval order or
a deportation order is in force may be removed from Hong Kong
in accordance with this section.
(2) The Director may give directions to the master of
any ship or the commander of any aircraft which is about to
leave Hong Kong requiring him to afford to any person in respect
of whom a removal order or a deportation order is in force,
and to any dependants of his specified in the directions
(a)
a passage to any specified country; and
(b)
proper accomodation and maintenance during the
passage.
(3) A person in respect of whon directions are given
under subsection (2) may be placed under the authority of an
irrigration officer or police officer on board any ship or
aircraft in which he is to be removed in accordance with the
directions
(4) A person in respect of whom a removal order or a
deportation order is in force may be removed from Hong Kong by
land to a specified country; and for that purpose may be taken
in the custody of an immigration officer or police officer to
the place at which he is to be removed.
(5) The Colonial Secretary nay apply in or towards
payment of the expenses of or incidental to
(a) the voyage from Hong Kong of a person in respect
of whom a renoval order or a deportation order is
in force; or
