from being in Hong Kong at any time thereafter or during such
period as may be specified in the order.
(2)
A deportation order may be made against an immigrant
(a) who has been convicted in Hong Kong of any offence;
or
(b)
if the Governor in Council deens it to be conducive
to the public good.

PART VI.
Supplementary provisions as to renoval and deportation.
18.
(1) Where a person is to be removed from Hong Kong
under section 15 in a ship or aircraft, an immigration officer
may give directions
(a)
to the master of the ship or commander of the aircraft
in which that person arrived in Hong Kong requiring
him to remove that person from Hong Kong in that ship
or aircraft at the expense of the owners thereof;
(b)
to the owners or agents of the ship or aircraft in
which that person arrived in Hong Kong requiring then,
at the expense of such owners, to remove that person
from Hong Kong in any ship or aircraft notified in
the directions, being a ship or aircraft of which
they are the owners or agents;
(c) to the said owners or agents requiring then, at the
expense of such owners, to make arrangements for the
removal of that person from Hong Kong in any ship or
