These new terms will produce a lower sale price, but a more
realistic one in terms of value, and will not place too great a strain
on the capital of developers during the building covenant period.
Discussions that have taken place with developers, including
representatives of the Real Estate Developers Association with whom members
of the P.W.D. have regular meetings, show that these views are also held
in the private sector and will be welcomed by developers.
