In his minute of 21 october at (8) on the 1/23, Sir L. Monson states that it was agreed at the neeeting. wilt the Govenor and officials on 63 October that the Housing Board would aim at a report on the situation in a couple of months time.
Only just over one mouth has passed since The meeting and the report is not due until mid-Decumber. How wn, I attach a draft Lelegram, which I suggest should be sent by Sir L. Monson, asking when the report will be despatched. This would
