The elected members feel that they owe this explanation to the Hong Kong public and wish to give their full and unqualified assurance that they will cintinue at all time to serve the public with dedication and with sincerity.
The elected mombers, who comprise a minority of ten out of twenty- six members cr the Urban Council, furthermore plego that they will continuc to support all measures taken by the Government which they believe are for the good of the Hong Kong Community.
