I am advised that Rediffusion's appeal will be heard in the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council towards the end of this month and as it is likely that the resultaati publicity will revive interest in the problems of copyright in Hong Kong, it would be appreciated if you would indicate when you anticipate that the draft Copyright (Hong Kong) Order will be placed before the Privy Council.
