In my Saving Despaton (159) in TC 187/67 of 15th November 1969, you were requested to make arrangements for the draft Copyright (Hong Kong) Order to be placed before the Privy Council.

As no advice was received from you, reminders were sent in my Saving Despatches (164) & (168) in TC 187/67. of 7.1.70 & 16.2.70, but still no reply has been received.

We consider it necessary that the 1956 Copyright Act should be applied to Hong Kong with all possible speed and I should, therefore, be grateful if you would take. urgent action to reply to my Despatches referred to a
