(b) of the last preceding subsection, were first sold, let for hire or offered for sale or hire, whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere."
(2) Schedule 1 to that Act (False Registration of indust Designs) shall continue to have effect subject to the following amendments-
(a) in paragraph 2 the words "subsection (1) of section ten of this Act shall not apply, and " shall be omitted;
(b) in paragraph 3 for the last two lines there shall be sub- stituted the words "this shall be a good defence to such proceedings".
2. This Act shall be cited as the Design Copyright Act 1968.
