Dobson is away on leave and I have not,
therefore, been able to ascertain his views on the
question raised in your letter of the 7th August
about the proposal to set up an Inn of Court in
Hong Kong.
I personally agree entirely with what Leigh
says, and I have no reason to suppose that Dobson
would take a different line.
