As regards "seeing" it appears to me to be a macabre privilege to let the friends and relatives/see his being sentenced (I assume an acquittal carries no risk of mob violence!) and it is rather to see that he has a fair trial, which would

concern them.

Has any consideration been given to the Chief Justice directing by administrative rules subordinate judges or magistrates to use the powers of exempting from S.122 (i) persons closely connected with the accused so that they could attend the whole trial in sufficient numbers to

obviate the danger or rious beyond the ability of the Court
