There is no MOD objection to the proposals in para 3 and the last sentence of para 2 of Nicholls' letter to you of 24 March but, although the points do not seem to be of any great significance, MPBW should have an opportunity to comment. I am therefore sending a copy of this, together with a copy of Nicholls' letter, to Stretton as well as to Nicholls.
