(b) reactivating where still appropriate, and to the

extent described in detail in this paper, the

provisional agreements reached in 1962 in so far

as they relate to Commonwealth countries in Asia,

Africa and the Caribbean and most of the dependent

territorios;

(c) inclusion in the Communities of Gibraltar;

(a)

a general reservation on Southern Rhodesia;

(e) agreement with the Communities to review the

position of the Asian Commonwealth countries in the

light of the outcome of the UNCTAD preferences scheme;

(f) for Hong Kong, participation in any generalised

preference scheme and pressure on the Community

to prevent them taking over the French restrictions on

Hong Kong imports for the common commercial policy;

(g) application to other countries, particularly the

developed Commonwealth countries, of tariffs and

levies over whatever transitional periods are

negotiated for Britain.
